Arts and Exhibits Coordinator

The Arts & Exhibits Coordinator has a dual role as an active member of the AC board and as coordinator of the Kinetic Gallery, located in MacVittie College Union. The A&E Coordinator curates exhibits in the Kinetic Gallery, supervises receptions and publicity, maintains an attendance/ contact list, and acts as an informal liaison between the Brodie Art Department, the Student Art Association, and Activities Commission. In addition, the A&E Coordinator oversees the gallery physically, making sure that it is maintained in accordance with the policies of College Union and Activities and is in proper condition before and after each A&E curated exhibition. The A&E coordinator is also responsible for purchasing all needed gallery supplies and keeping an inventory of existing hardware and supplies. Additionally, the A&E Coordinator books at least one art-related lecture per year, open to the entire student body.
