Executive Committee |

The Executive Committee is there to support AC in all of its actions. Exec meets once a week before general board meetings. They discuss the content of that week's meeting, along with any upcoming events. When issues arise on the board, exec serves to mediate and resolve them. Members of Exec also act as the chairs of subcommittees and are assigned special projects from time to time.

Chair: Pat Oberle
The Chair of AC also serves as the Student Association Director of Student Programming. The responsibilities for AC include leading the organization, inside and outside of meetings. This includes running weekly general board and executive committee meetings, planning semesterly retreats, choosing delegates for conferences, and serving as the public face of the group. As the Director of Student Programming, he serves as a member of SA Exec, serving as a resource for any students looking to do programming on campus, and acts as in the liaison between AC and SA. |

Vice-Chair: Stephanie Medina
The Vice-Chair is responsible for assisting the Chair with planning all retreats and choosing delegates for conferences. She also coordinates elections and constitutional revisions. In the event of a vacancy in the Chair position, the Vice-Chair fills the role. In addition to these duties, the Vice Chair serves as an assistant, when needed, to any board member before or during events and acts to ensure all events are executed in the best way possible. |

Treasurer: Doug Sinski
The Treasurer is in charge of all matters financial. He maintains and distributes financial reports for all ten budgets under AC. This includes preparing al check requests, distributing checks, and encumbering funds when necessary. In this capacity, the treasurer is also AC’s liaison to the SA Director of Business Affairs and the SA Director of Programs, Personnel and Finances. |

Secretary: Corinthia Kotlar
The Secretary is responsible for keeping AC organized. She prepares and distributes the minutes for each general board meeting, maintains contact lists and calendars, and acts as Historian for the organization. The Secretary is also responsible for maintaining AC’s inventory of supplies and ordering more supplies when needed. |
